Welcome to Empower Up

Empower Up is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides free technology education and access to the Internet for the citizens of Clark County by diverting and reusing computers and electronics from the waste stream.

Empower Up partners with local governments and community organizations to accomplish our mission: Clark County, The City of Vancouver, Clark College, The Salvation Army and Waste Connections.


Hours of Operation

Donate your computers and electronics, purchase used computers and electronics or access the Internet.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday to Saturday

Thrift Store
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday to Saturday

Internet Cafe
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday


Free Computer Education Classes

Empower Up offers free computer classes including Intro to the Internet and other entry level topics. More info.


Free Computers for Families in Need

Empower Up provides free computer systems to families in need in Clark County. Contact Salvation Army Family Services to get signed up.


How You Can Help

There are many ways you help to empower people in need in your community:

Volunteer
You can volunteer your time to help empower yourself and others in your community. Training is provided at all levels of interest.

Donate Equipment
You can donate your used, working computers and consumer electronics. A tax deductible donation receipt is provided for your records.

Donate Funds
Donate on-line using a secure PayPal Payment with your credit/debit card.
