Education Program

CREAM's Education Program provides several resources to help those in need get access to technology and the Internet.


Computer Classes

Free computer classes are available to the public. Call 360-735-0888 during business hours to get signed up.


Free Computers

Free Computers are available to families in need. Contact Salvation Army of Vancouver, Familiy Services at 360-694-9503 to begin the application process.


Internet Cafe

Free internet access terminals available to the public.

Hours: 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Priority access for seniors and students with school ID.
